On June 2, 2015 was presented the book of Ángel Luis Arjona in the historical Library "Marqués de Valdecilla" of the Complutense University of Madrid, an activity programmed by the Chair of Historical Memory of the twentieth century of the university.
The event was led by Mirta Núñez Díaz-Balart, director of the Chair, being accompanied by the author himself and by Antonio Selva, director of the Institute of Albacete Studies (IEA) and, in turn, co-director of the Center for Studies and documentation of the brigades International (CEDOBI).
Although he was also invited to participate as rapporteur the historian and specialist in theory of the comic Antonio Martín, he finally could not go and apologized, which were transferred to the audience.
It should be noted the good reception that had among the public the exhibition that, through photographs, made Arjona, generating an intense participation of the attendees. The work, which has already exhausted its second edition, has been published by the IEA and was officially presented last October in Albacete, having received a good reception in those places where the author has been required. During the next month of October the work will be presented in the second edition of Manchacómic, the comic hall of Castilla-La Mancha, to be held in Ciudad Real between days 9 and 11.
