Born on August 12, 1905 in Louviers (France), he marched as a volunteer with the International Brigades in 1937. He was wounded in the Jarama front and died months later (December 28, 1937) in the city of Albacete.

Prior to his incorporation in the Republican struggle, his work was that of contractor of Masonry, married with Teissedre Fernande Nerthe and father of two children.
